Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Most domestic orders arrive in 3–5 business days but can vary. If it's been longer than expected, email us and we'll look into it.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless they pay for package protection. To start a return, email support@caddyclassics.com with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. International orders typically take 7–30 business days depending on destination. Please note that customs duties may apply and all international orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
