Refund policy

To initiate a return, please log in to your Caddy Classics return portal and select the order you'd like to return.  

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers who selected Checkout+ at checkout receive a prepaid return label at no additional cost (USA Only). For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping; the flat-rate shipping fee will be shown when you start the return and deducted from your refund.                               

Upon receiving a returned product—whether for a standard return or a defect—we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time regarding the outcome. For standard returns meeting our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. For defective items, if the defect is confirmed, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, at our discretion, using the original method of payment.
