RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@caddyclassics.com with your order details.

Upon receiving a returned product—whether for a standard return or a defect—we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time regarding the outcome. For standard returns meeting our criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. For defective items, if the defect is confirmed, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement, at our discretion, using the original method of payment.
